I keep getting an error message that says "processing" and it doesn't load the next page, or I can't seem to register for the summit, or I'm "blocked" from registering for the summit, what do I do?
If you are using an outdated browser, or a private browser, or email provider (e.i.: aol, yahoo, etc) you might want to try switching to a Chrome or Firefox browser since they are the most compatible to use with the educational platform The EMF Guy uses.
Make sure your browser is up-to-date and does not have ad blockers preventing you from gaining access to the educational content on the learning center platform. Please clear your cache and cookies from your browser. If you have certain filters (i.e.: ad blockers or anti-virus software) it will flag certain content even though it is NOT fraudulent as though it were and block you from registering with our links.
Use a different device (some links might not work as well on a phone or iPad, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer). Try logging out of the page, closing the browser tabs and restarting your device.
If you are using a VPN make sure it is not filtering out or blocking ‘ONTRAPORT’, which is the platform used to view the content on the Emf Guy Learning Center. Some VPN’s will do this without the user being aware. It might think it is spam or an unknown website. Our platform is not fraudulent or unsafe.
