I can't access the EMF Pack (or add-on courses) I purchased. What do I do?

After you purchased the EMF Pack, you should have received a few emails with instructions on how to create an account in the EMF Guy Learning Center by creating your own password and logging into the platform. You will always log into the same platform to view the digital content made by Nick.

Here is that log in link for you to keep handy (please bookmark it for future reference): https://emfguylearning.com/login

Username:  [email address you used to purchase the product]

Password: [the password you created when you received the email "[ACTION REQUIRED] Complete your registration for the EMF Guy Learning Center]

You may use the "Forgot Password" if you don't remember your password that you created when you set up your account. Please review this page if you have trouble logging-in: https://theemfguy.com/troubleshoot/

Please whitelist Nick's email (np@theemfguy.com) so the emails sent to you go to your inbox. Please check your spam/junk folders if you didn't see any registration emails or receipt of your purchase after you bought the digital content. If you are still having difficulty, please reach out to our customer service team at support@theemfguy.com

You can also use the following troubleshooting steps that worked for many of our customers:

  1. Once you purchase digital content from us, please check your inbox (and also your spam or junk folder) for the registration email (sent from np@theemfguy.com) that is sent to you to set up your account with a password. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam or junk folder so you may have to search for them. To avoid this you will have to whitelist Nick's email to your contacts.
  2. If you are using an outdated browser, or a private browser, or email provider (e.i.: AOL, yahoo, etc) you might want to try switching to a Chrome or Firefox browser since they are the most compatible to use with the educational platform The EMF Guy uses (Ontraport).
  3. It is recommended that you download the content (i.e.: modules, courses, emf hazards summit, etc) onto your desktop computer if possible, so you have easy access to it without worrying about logging in every time to retrieve the content.
  4. If you are on a certain module for a prolonged period of time, you might be asked to sign-in again.  If you see the error page that says “oops you don’t have access to this” try removing the “oops” from the URL to see if this redirects you to the appropriate page. This doesn’t always work but in some cases it may.
  5. Make sure your browser is up-to-date and does not have ad blockers preventing you from gaining access to the educational content. Please clear your cache and cookies from your browser from time to time.
  6. Use a different device (some links might not work as well on a phone or iPad, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer). Try logging out of the page, closing the browser tabs and restarting your device.
  7. If you are using a VPN make sure it is not filtering out or blocking ‘ONTRAPORT’, which is the platform used to view the content on the EMF Guy Learning Center. Some VPN’s will do this without the user being aware. It might think it is spam or an unknown website. Our platform is not fraudulent or unsafe.
  8. If you tried ALL of these suggestions and are still having issues logging in, please reach out to support@theemfguy.com with an attached screenshot of the error messages you are receiving preventing you from gaining access.
