I'm suffering from EHS (electro hypersensitivity). What resources do you recommend?

Here are resources for people who are in a similar situation. I hope this can help.

It was sent to me by Lisa Swarbrick (www.somafitwellness.com) who does coaching for electro sensitives. If you have access to a wired computer, I highly recommend considering her class (she can offer free tuition for electro sensitives). There are also several groups below that may be able to help.

1) Sheena Symington of Ontario’s Electrosensitive Society- they are SO organized and have a couple meetings every week on the phone! They now have many Americans joining in because people feel less alone. The US doesn’t seem to have anything like that. I know American’s For Responsible Tech have the odd call… but send her Sheena’s info. They share resources, stories, housing options, network, wellness classes (mine was one last summer), tips and tricks and emotional support.

So below is the info for Sheena’s Wed group meetings.

If she doesn’t have safe access to the internet, she should try to find another EHS person on Alexandra Catherine’s EHS Roommate Finder Facebook page and post a message where she lives and other’s who are also looking for a place can get to know each other. There’s also a Canadian west coast one… depends on where she is but generally people from all over post in them.
