What do you think of Ethernet Powerline Adapters? (Power over Ethernet / PoE)

Using powerline adapters (example: https://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-Powerline-Pass-Through-TL-PA9020P-KIT/dp/B01H74VKZU) and turning off Wi-Fi on your home router is a good solution to lower EMF your overall EMF exposure. Ideally you would use Ethernet cables instead, but the reality is that a lot of people do not want to invest in having an IT company run cables into the walls, ceilings, etc.

Powerline adapters send a signal which rides on your household wiring, making you able to get an Internet signal from every outlet in your home. This technology is not perfect (the connection can be weak at times) but it tends to work OK for most people.

That being said, the signals that you are sending on the wiring are technically what's called "dirty electricity" (more HERE), and do make the electric fields in your home slightly more stressful. Still, Brian Hoyer and I recommend (inside our Electro-Pollution Fix EMF protection course) this solution as a fairly good compromise between using Wi-Fi and using Ethernet cables.
