Are hybrid cars "safe" to drive as far as EMF's?


That's a tricky question, and the amount of EMFs emitted by regular cars can be quite high, as it is the case with hybrid or electric car.


One thing you absolutely want to avoid is to buy an electric or hybrid car where the battery packs are right under the driver's seat.


Also, one thing you can do is to bring an EMF meter to take magnetic field readings around the driver area. Anything over 1 mG is considered dangerous in building biology, but I don't even know if you can find a car with lower readings than 1 mG these days.


Finally, something to consider is whether the car has a 4G/LTE hotspot in it (essentially a wifi router 1 foot from the driver's face), and a Bluetooth function. Ideally, you'll want to visit the car's computer interface (Settings) and make sure they can be turned off at will. Some car models allow it.
